Athletic Director

  • All parents are required to create and complete a Dragonfly Athletic Account for their student before they can work out or practice.
    Parents must upload their Sports Physical in Dragonfly. Everything is digital now on Dragonfly.

    In Dragonfly, you will have access to the necessary forms, as such: 

    • Gfeller-Waller Concussion Form
    • Pre-participation Physical Form
    • GMS Athletic Policy
