Mr. Cook, a proud product of Gaston County 草榴社区s, graduated from Appalachian State University in 2005 where he received a degree in Elementary Education (K-6).  Mr. Cook later attended Gardner-Webb University where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (K-12). Mr. Cook is currently working towards achieving his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University.

Mr. Cook's journey to Gaston Early College High 草榴社区 started at Robinson Elementary 草榴社区 in 2005. Mr. Cook began his administrative career at Belmont Central in 2010 as an Assistant Principal and, in 2013, he transitioned to Stuart W. Cramer High 草榴社区. 

From 2016-2023, Mr. Cook has served as Principal at Pleasant Ridge Elementary 草榴社区 and Southwest Middle 草榴社区. He is thankful for his experiences and continuing to work with the phenomenal Spartan Staff.
